There are several depending on your budget. Check out Lakme (i think it's the cheapest). I've used them to dress up for a wedding. Not too bad.
Leela Palace is amazing! They have boutiques/stores/spa in there. Check them out.
Warning: Have an idea about how you want to look before you go to any parlour - as they (most if not all) will just cake your face up in make-up. You are your own best judge!

Leela palace hotel on airport road , West end hotel opposite turf club have a wonderful beauty clinics run by experts...
bangalore , they will make u look like south indian actress tweezing ur brows thick and polishing ur face with red rouge ...go to lakme or some popular parlour dont go to local ..as i ve suffered ..
